Shipping + Returns
At Só Soy, we will never purchase plastic material to pack your orders with. Any bubble wrap or similar material you might receive, will have been reused from our supplier orders. We almost always use biodegradable packing peanuts with every order - these are easily dissolved in running water and aren't harmful to the environment.
Free Click + Collect
We offer Free Click + Collect on all online orders from our Ballymoney based shop. Find us at Unit 17, Phase 1, 2 Riada Avenue, Ballymoney BT53 7LH. Collect your order 11am-3pm each Saturday, or book here for a weekday appointment.
We currently use three shipping providers, depending on order weights (Royal Mail/ParcelForce or FastWays Courier). All orders are sent via 1st Class. Please allow an initial 2-3 working days for us to dispatch your order although we aim to dispatch as soon as possible.
Please note, for some larger orders we may split your products between 2 or more parcels.
UK orders have a flat shipping rate of £4.80 (cards containing just greeting cards £3.00) and FREE UK Shipping when you spend £60 or more.
Please note we are unable to provide tracking information for our parcels.
For ROI orders we've introduced a flat shipping rate of £8.00 and FREE ROI Shipping when you spend £60 or more. We use FastWays Courier standard service. Please allow an initial 3 working days for us to dispatch your order.

If you would like to have your order shipping outside of UK or ROI, please email email@example.com for a postage quote.
Please note that all shipments outside of NI may be subject to Import Duty / Tax / VAT. As we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount, additional charges must be paid by the recipient. We will not be held responsible for the payment of Import Duty / Tax / VAT under any circumstances, and such charges are not included in the purchase price of Só Soy products.
Unhappy with your item? We promise to refund any item you are not completely happy with, within 14 days of receipt. Refunds will be credited to your account via your original payment method, once we receive your item in its original packaging, unused and in a saleable condition.

Please note, it is the buyer's responsibility to pay for returns postage, and shipping costs are non-refundable. As we can only guarantee a refund once we receive your item, we recommend using a tracked postal service. We also recommend taking care to wrap fragile items carefully, as we can't process returns for items that are damaged on their return to us.
Unfortunately we are unable to offer refunds or returns on sale items or for any purchases older than 14 days.
This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
