Where does candle wax come from?
At Só Soy we use plant based soy wax in our products. Our soy wax is sustainably sourced and harvested from the oil of soybeans.
Which candle wax is best?
We believe soy wax is best. It is often considered more environmentally friendly compared to traditional paraffin wax, and burns slower and cleaner (less soot).
Will candle wax come out of clothes?
Had a spill? We recommend allowing the wax to harden so you can scrape off as much excess as possible. Our soy wax is biodegradable so should wash out in a normal cycle.
Are soy candles vegan?
Yes. We use natural plant based soy wax. All Só Soy products are vegan friendly, and cruelty free.
How often should I trim my wick?
We recommend getting into the habit of trimming your wick before every burn. This helps keep an even and slower burn.
