What safety measures should I take?

Never leave a burning candle unattended. Keep away from children, pets, drafts and flammable objects. Always place candles on a heat resistant surface and trim the wick before each burn. Do not burn for more than 4 hours at a time and discontinue use when approximately 1cm of wax remains.

 

When will my order be dispatched?

We aim to dispatch all orders within 3 working days. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

 

Are your products vegan?

Yes. All of our products are made using vegan-friendly ingredients and are cruelty-free.

 

Why do you need my telephone number?

Some couriers require a telephone number for delivery updates and attempted deliveries. Your details will only ever be used for shipping purposes.

 

How do I use my discount code?

Once you’ve added your items to basket, proceed to checkout and select ‘Show order summary’ to enter your discount code before payment.

 

Do I need to trim my wick?

Yes. Trimming your wick before each burn helps prevent smoking, flickering and soot, while also encouraging a cleaner, more even burn. We recommend trimming to approximately 1/4 inch once the wax has fully cooled.

 

I want to reuse my candle container. How can I remove the remaining wax?

To remove remaining wax, place your candle container in the freezer to allow the wax to shrink before gently lifting it out. You can also use warm water and mild soap to clean away any residue. Avoid using boiling water or sharp objects on the glass.

 

How can I avoid tunnelling?

To help your candle burn evenly, allow the wax melt pool to reach the edges of the container during the first burn. Avoid burning for short periods of time and never burn for more than 4 hours at once.

 

Why doesn’t every candle look exactly the same?

As our candles are hand poured in small batches using natural soy wax, slight variations in appearance can occur. Fragrance oils can naturally vary in colour and texture, making each candle uniquely individual without affecting quality or performance.
