- Never leave a burning candle unattended
- On your first burn, allow the melt pool to reach the sides so as to avoid tunnelling on your next burns
- Always trim the wick before use to approximately 5mm before lighting
- Keep the wax pool free of any debris that could cause hazard, such as wick cuttings, matches etc.
- Do not touch a lit candle or move whilst lit
- Place on a heat resistant surface
- Never burn the candle to the very bottom of the jar, leave at least 1cm of wax
- Do not burn for more than 4 hours at a time
- Keep out of reach of children and pets and away from draughts
- Keep a burning candle away from any materials that could catch fire, such as furniture, clothing, bedding, curtains etc
