Swap your Só Soy pieces for points
As a small business, I want our environmental impact to be even smaller. That’s why I'm so excited to share our new Só Soy Swap scheme. We’ll recover your used products and give your Só Soy favourites a second life. Either by reusing, or recycling what can’t be revived.
What’s in it for you, you ask? You’ll earn 200 loyalty points for every five Só Soy products you return. Our loyalty points can be used in store or online, and never expire. Build them up for money off your next purchase, or free UK postage.

What products can I return?
We'll accept the following preloved Só Soy products in store.
- Candles (boxed or unboxed)
- Reed Diffuser Glasses
- Reed Diffuser Refill Bottles
- Carpet Freshener Tubes
- Room Spray Bottles
Do the products need to be clean and dry?
No, we're happy to get washing and we're not afraid of a little wax!
How do I get my points?
We'll either
- Take note of your email address, and award these to your account within 24-48 hours.
- Take £2 off your purchase in store with us, when you drop off the products.
Where do I drop off my old Só Soy products?
You can hand them over to use in store during our opening hours.
